DESCRIPTION:Something a bit different this month as we venture out to One Planet Adventure for some off road riding!!\n\nWe’ll be doing a lap of the Blue Trail at Llandegla and\, for those who’re super keen\, you’re more than welcome to go for a second lap once we’re back at the centre.\n\nThe route:\n 12km in length\n One long\, gradual climb up through the forest before you’re rewarded with long sections of downhills\n Moderate level of fitness required but we’ll be going at a social pace and no one is left behind\n All off road\n Great selection of refreshments to be had at the cafe!!!\n\nMeet at the Cafe for a 10:00 am start.\n\n*Women-led but open to ALL!\n**Please note** This is not a guided ride – adults and children (accompanied by a responsible adult) participate at their own risk.
