DESCRIPTION:This is a friendly\, judgement-free space where you can come and use our tools and guidance to fix your own bike.\n\nEach month we’ll cover a specific maintenance goal – no experience is necessary\, just a willingness to learn.\n\nThe workshop will also be open to anyone wanting to work on something specific on their own bike.\n**Guidance 𝘮𝘢𝘺 be on hand but these are very much DIY sessions.\n\nIn this months workshop\, we’ll be going back to basics and covering:\n M Check (safety check);\n Identifying any wear;\n Adjusting your bike for best fit;\n Best practices for bike maintenance.\n\nWhether you’re planning on popping by for 10 minutes or staying for the full session\, we’d love to see you!

DESCRIPTION:A shorter loop planned for this month’s women-led* social bike ride as we plan to take the Wenffrwd path out to the pocket park\, returning via the canal.\n\n Largely traffic free;\n relatively flat;\n well maintained paths;\n short loop;\n lots of nature to see\n AND a cheeky milkshake stop half way round (if needed)!\n\nA perfect route for younger children / anyone getting back into cycling / those uncomfortable riding near traffic.\n\n*Women-led but open to ALL!\n**Please note** This is not a guided ride – adults and children (accompanied by a responsible adult) participate at their own risk.
